Tartar de gambas con ali-oli de limon confitado, mostaza de remolacha, gel de lima, gel de aceite de oliva, textura de encurtidos y menta, yema de huevo y micro cilantro.


SALMOREJO with shrimp, bellota ham, cucumber, olive oil gel, salmomn eggs, cherry tomatoes, bread.
SALMOREJO con langostinos, jamon de bellota, pepino, pomada de aceite de oliva, huevas de salmon, tomates cherry, pan.
