This recipe is excellent on Fish and seafood, lightly season which ever one you decide to cook and then drizzle this sauce over the item. enjoy!!
1 Mango diced
1/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. lime zest
1 1/2 cups Canola-olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Combine Mango’s, sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until the mangos are tender.
- Cool mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add mixture to food processor and add the cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add the oil while blending all the time.
